CLEARDAYS / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 4, 2026
Privacy First by Design
ClearDays is designed around local processing. Calendar event analysis is performed on-device using local matching logic and does not require cloud-based spam classification.
Calendar Access
ClearDays requests calendar permissions to read events and help you review suspicious entries. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Data Collection
- No account creation is required for basic app use.
- No event text is uploaded to external servers for analysis.
- No hidden background deletion of calendar content is performed.
Bug Reports and Support Messages
If you choose to send a bug report from within the app, ClearDays submits the text you provide, your optional contact email address, and basic diagnostic metadata such as app version, build number, iOS version, device model, and locale to our support processing endpoint.
This information is used only to review, reproduce, and respond to reported issues. Bug reports are forwarded to our support workflow provider for handling and are not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
Data Sharing, Retention, and Deletion
Bug report submissions are shared only with service providers needed to receive and process support messages. We keep submitted reports only as long as reasonably necessary for troubleshooting, support follow-up, legal compliance, and abuse prevention.
If you want a previously submitted support message deleted, contact us using the details in the imprint and include enough information for us to locate the report.
Payments
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple. ClearDays does not store your full payment card details. Payment records are handled according to Apple's policies.
Website Data
This website is a static informational page. It does not include user accounts, comment forms, or a custom analytics dashboard in its current version.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights related to access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal data. Privacy requests can be sent using the contact details in the imprint.
