Scope
These Terms govern your use of the ClearDays informational website and the ClearDays iOS app where available. By using the website or app, you accept these Terms.
Product Purpose
ClearDays is a focused utility that helps identify potentially suspicious calendar events and supports user-initiated cleanup. The app is not a full calendar replacement and does not guarantee detection of every malicious event.
User Control and Deletions
ClearDays does not silently delete calendar data in the background. Event removal is completed through Apple's native event editing flow and requires explicit confirmation by the user.
Purchases
Some cleanup functionality can be unlocked through a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. Billing, cancellation, and refund handling are provided by Apple according to your App Store region and account terms.
Availability and Changes
The website and app may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time to improve performance, security, and compatibility.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearDays is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or universal threat detection. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
